Information you choose to provide
If you email us, we receive the information you include in your enquiry. The trip planner saves your route, dates, checklist and entered booking notes in your browser when storage is available. Wings Abroad does not operate a server-side database of these saved booking notes. Shared trip links contain route and date selections, but do not include your personal booking notes. Do not submit passport details or payment-card information unless a secure, clearly identified process specifically requires them.
Purpose and sharing
Information may be used to respond to requests, provide travel planning, operate the website, prevent misuse and comply with applicable law. When you follow third-party booking links, the third party's privacy practices apply. We do not state that we sell personal information.
Cookies, analytics and affiliate links
The planner uses browser local storage so you can return to your itinerary. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request URLs and technical logs to deliver and secure the website. Map embeds and externally hosted images may send technical request information to their providers. We have not added advertising pixels or analytics trackers in this update. Current hotel links do not include affiliate tracking; approved affiliate links may be added later with an updated disclosure. Third-party booking providers apply their own privacy and cookie policies.
Visitor help
The visitor help panel provides answers from website FAQs. Messages stay in memory while the current page is open and are not sent to an AI provider or saved by Wings Abroad. For personalised assistance, use our contact email.
Mobile app and offline guides
You can install Wings Abroad from your browser. The app stores its offline screen and app icons on your device. Choosing Save offline stores a complete text copy of your latest itinerary, including the booking notes displayed in that guide, on this device. Re-saving replaces that copy. You can remove it from the mobile app page or clear this website’s data in your browser. Saved guides do not sync between devices or different website addresses. Maps, external websites and live booking searches require an internet connection.
Retention, security and your requests
Browser-saved trip information stays on your device until you remove it or clear site storage. We retain email enquiries as needed to respond and meet applicable obligations. No internet transmission is fully secure. To request access, correction or deletion of information held by us, email wingsabroad@outlook.com; applicable legal exceptions may apply.
Children and changes
Our travel planning services are not intended for children to provide personal data without appropriate parental involvement. This policy may be updated as site features and data practices change.
